2019 was the second year that the All-German Car Show was held at the Medina Autoplex instead of the former Chanhassen location. This 20-acre site of “car condos” is still being developed, but it already features parking for nearly 900 cars and has a 4-acre central green space. On Saturday morning, September 14, car enthusiasts filled the grounds. Proud owners brought their Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Volkswagen treasures. Even a few American classics made an appearance. It was a beautiful day and a fun event to hang out and talk cars! The only thing that would have made the day better would have been more Volkswagens. I plead guilty to not bringing my Bug, but I haven’t quite figured out how to drive two cars at once. This is another event to work into your schedule for next September.
